After not being able to free myself up to physically help with the 911 recovery and feeling frustrated beyond words with sense of helplessness in being able to help on the heels of Katrina, I’ve decided to close the doors on my communications firm and head down to the affected area.
I have recruited some of the most experienced logistics, planning, and construction managers the Triangle has to offer and created a company to help with the rebuild and construction. My strategy is that a company can serve the citizens and investors at the same time. We have a number of self help initiatives built into the business model. I have about 130 people (truckers, heavy equipment operators and construction crew) ready to go and are currently seeking start-up funding to help with the mobilization of the gear we will need.
My request is that if you or someone you know would like to help with the rebuild as an investor, drop me a note. I can share our investor information kit with you to let you see the details of the game plan. Our goal is to mobilize by Mid October so urgency is of the utmost.
