#81 I say leadership in the choice to BE the difference in every interaction I have. It is choosing to BE with others in such a way that I am a contribution to them, and it's a willingness to be what's wanted and needed in the moment. In this way I can make a difference in relationships, my family, my workplace, my community, and the world.

It is also a choice to live from responsibility so that I am be part of solutions rather than the problems. Coming from the perspective that the entire world is mine has me pick up the discarded soda bottles as I walk my dogs around the lake each day rather than having it be up to someone else because I'm not the one who left them there.

It is being a commitment to others and their possibilities no matter how loudly they are screaming about their limitations. It is taking a stand in the world for people to live in their magnificence and create that around them even though I might fail, be rejected, or judged. It is falling down X times (often from emotional bullets) and getting up X +1.

It is living life to the fullest with freedom, passion, commitment, joy, and yes, even sometimes sadness, but most of all, NO regrets.
