WorldLegacy NC131 Catching an Elusive Picnic Table
During our final project over at the Urban Ministries of Durham N.C.
i was in charge of getting picnic tables for the team, however it
being November and cold the tables had all been sent back to whatever
mysterious land picnic tables say in the winter. i searched and
searched and searched this entire coast calling all the numbers and
reaching out to all the stores i could. Nothing! no one had anything
and the closest ones where across the country. the people at the
stores kept telling me that it would take 1-2 weeks to get them.
Unfortunately i didn't have that kind of time. So i went to a home
depot in Burlington, and with no foreseeable way, i made one! By the
time i left that building the staff was clear that i needed these
tables that they were going to everything they could to get them to
me and that they would be at the store in 3-5 days! All in all i
created a miracle one that would never of happened if i was not a
strong, passionate leader!
