- Sun Aug 14, 2005 9:52 pm #50 What's possible for me since I completed NC 71 and staffed NC 74 is that I realize my goals are obtainable and that I can create a working environment that is powerful and productive and filled with great employees that work for me because of the work, not because they need a job to fill their time. I get to create an ice cream store where customers feel appreciated and welcome and the staff knows how much they are cared for and how great they are!
