Dear Graduates:
Nc 103 has pulled off one the largest Legacy Projects to date in a short amount of time.

They renovated a wing of the Raleigh rescue mission. That is 19 rooms, painting, carpets, linoleum, bedding, a beautiful mural as well as a play day for the children and a pamper day for the residents.
