We took our time planning everything the week before so that we were able to physically put it together in two days. I was impressed at how everyone on the team was so cooperative with each other to realize this common goal we all had to improve the community. The managers of the YWCA were pleasantly surprised as it actually turned out to be more than they had expected. I felt as a group we had good cohesiveness with each other after experiencing this event.
