I was asked to buddy with a teammate that I knew would slow me down on the wall, after reluctantly agreeing I realized this is teamwork not about me winning. My teammate struggled and asked for help, I complied until I realized I was holding her small. I coached her to achieve her goal no matter what anyone thought about her. At that moment when she reached the top first, I knew it was about accepting everyone. Now I realize my stand is my goal to achieve and live.
