a keen and discerning listener
grounded in and living from the distinctions/principles of transformational leadership
an effective communicator
versatile and flexible in working with different personality styles
committed to the commitments of people s/he is coaching
a master of enrollment
willing to fail
a risk taker
committed to BEING the difference for people
dedicated to creating what isn't
in relationship with results as feedback to move forward
