For me, LP is and was the stand for people to have their dreams
and have a rich meaningful life.
LP is the stand for living life full blast, whatever that means to you.

Being that stand is being a leader.
Being a difference maker by being free, fun, intentional and in integrity.
Being an opening, being a space for people to explore new possibilties or enrich old ones.

Leadership is taking ownership, but not DOING everything myself. Empowering others to see their greatness and gifts to become partners in each others vision--strengthening the “battle” with the drift.

It's an opportunity to learn to connect people with a vision or possibility for their life so intensely that they take actions to make that vision become a reality. For me, it was also about learning what a difference I can make in the lives of others and the benefits of being a "giver" in the world.
On a more personal level, it was also about having the family, work environment and relationships that I always wanted but didn't know how to make happen.

- Mon Aug 29, 2005 2:30 pm #96 Leadership was an enormous eye-opener on how I live my life. It enabled me to make choices, either comfortable ones that generally were not forwarding, or risky, and empowering ones.

Not only did I get to experience my own transformation, I was able to witness huge changes in my team mates and know that I was an integral part of those changes, which in turn will be transfered into the world way beyond my reach. How powerful and fulfilling is that! I am so very proud of everybody who choses the path less trodden.
