What value have you created from any of the workshops or LP?

#64 Dear Legacy and fellow graduates,

It is a pleasure to share with you how my life is unfolding since NC73 BE's third weekend in Leadership.

As many of you know, I was studying for my Real Estate Broker examination test during much of May and June of this year. My dream is to open a real estate brokerage and mortgage company. I was intentional and I created the possibility for my results by studying and being prepared. I passed and I am currently opening my new real estate and loan brokerage here in California. In addition, one of my fellow NC73 BE graduates is pitching in with some creative energy and Donna Lloyd is designing my logo for my new company. How is that for enrollment! What a great friend she is to me.

The feedback I am receiving from my efforts and colleagues amazes me each and every day. As I share my vision and dreams with those I work with in this business as well as every one I meet on the street, in my neighborhood, at the Angels game, along with my family and my friends, new possibilities are opening up and showing me the way towards my goals. As I take on a new task, I may not know exactly how everything is going to look, but by being intentional and including others to participate in my vision, the task is completed in excellence and in the spirit of love and freedom. The secret is serving others with integrity and excellence. It is no wonder this is going to be my motto for my company. What an amazing life we can create as we allow others to actively engage in their heart's desires and live their lives as they were intended to BE. Before Leadership, I knew I had the guts and the brains to accomplish what I am doing, but I did not have the confidence, the ownership of my power or the experience of living a life of intention in order to be successful. I was lucky to have some success in my current business and I may have eventually started the new business, but I feel I would not have the success that is imminent due to my breakthroughs in Leadership.

I know I am not the only one in our group who is living a life worth living. I am having dinner on August 23 with Susan Kennedy who will be here in California on an assignment for work. She is taking on so many tasks and responsibilities for her new boss and he has come to rely on her as his "go to" gal. She is being a Leader and everyone in her midst is witnessing her power. It is no wonder why she was our torchbearer. I am proud of her and truly honored to call her my sister.

Another NC73 BE graduate, my buddy Kitty Rossotti, is editing a manuscript for her new book and she has signed with a new publisher, Simon and Schuster. Wow! She has created huge possibilities for her book by living large and being intentional. I see her vision and we have discussed what this can mean for her and others in her life. She is standing for everyone she meets and showing up as a Leader in her world. She is powerful.

Sharing love and freedom in this beautiful world,

Diana Smith
