#262 WOW..I was up at 5:00AM to catch my 7:00 AM flight from New Jersey. I met with my team at the YWCA. It was my first time at the site. It was just a trail of several piles of mulch. By the time we were finished it was a beautiful Legacy Trail surrounded by meditation areas, flowers, benches, and specially created stones. I spoke with the director Lea. She was near to tears after she saw the completed project. She said what she had in her mind was totally different from what we created. To see the joy, love, and happiness in her face and feel how much it meant to her was something I will not forget. Taking a stand and making a difference is what it's about. I have had many circumstances occur during LP but none have stopped me from creating power, love, freedom, and transformation.

Love ya Debora

#265 YWCA inaugurates Wellness Retreat
RALEIGH - The YWCA of the Greater Triangle cut the ribbon Monday on a Wellness Retreat. The retreat, created by volunteers from WorldLegacy Leadership Group in Morrisville, includes an outdoor trail that will connect the YWCA's existing playground with a greenway trail, meditation and garden areas, birdbaths and benches for community use.
The effort is part of a multi-phase community wellness initiative that addresses obesity in women and youth. The trail was built on property owned by the YWCA at 554 E. Hargett Street near downtown Raleigh with more than $5,000 in donations from area businesses and individuals.
