If you were putting together a list of movies for a Leadership team what would you want included and why?

Last night I saw "Pay It Forward" again and realized how simple it could be if we just choose to give. Big ways little ways.

Giving creates givers, and at the very least creates possibility.

Harlod and Maude. "Go out and love some more!"

On the airplane to LA they showed the Sisterhood of the Three Pants. I watched it out of boredom, and ended up loving the message. Really!

Wings of Desire. This is my favorite angel flick--it has a great dyad scene, and I want to watch it again as a graduate of the trainings.

He played on the hit squad his entire career and won the admiration of the ENTIRE team who demanded he finally get to suit up and play in a game. He is the ONLY player to ever get carried off the filed at ND and was an inspirational leader w/o being the super star. Leaders are not always the star. -- Bob F.

Give, because it creates a space of giving.

It is not necessary to see my results to have results.

The results I see may not be all the results I cause.

What counts is that I choose to be the person I need to be to get the results I want, not that I see or am acknowledged for the results.
