- Fri May 04, 2007 7:05 pm #243 Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and a great leader surrounds herself with those whose strengths are her weaknesses and can work with her. I have learned that i don't need to be the one and only to do everything, that's selfish! I get to work and share with my LP team and with others in my life. It frees me up to have fun; which I had put on the back burner. My way is not the only way, I am not the judge and i get to experience new ways and ideas. I get to make that conscious choice each moment! What a weight off my shoulders!
