- Fri May 04, 2007 6:57 pm #239 NC 91 did not get the torch on the designated day, and a few of us were asked to speak to the group as to what we stood for as a team and what we would do to get the torch. I felt that I was speaking for our team and that we were proud of what we stood for that we are givers and that we are making a difference to all the people we meet. I spoke from my heart and the heart of my teamates and proudly told the group that we NC 91 are to be taken seriously that even though we did not get the torch that day; we were torch bearers and that NC 91 would leave its legacy. Our message was heard and felt by many people and and was clear that we were making a stand.
