I got to actually make choices from my heart and let the world know exactly what I wanted: passion, mission, fun, challenge and great people. When I spoke to the owners of the company and talked to them about what they wanted and what I wanted, we actually created a positoin/job jointly that we are excited about. I am changing the world through my job and am having fun at it. More importantly I have left my life balance issue aside and can have both my work and my wonderful life with my wife.
