#460 WorldLegacy Senior Coaches Make a Huge Impact
Rene Parrish, WorldLegacy Senior Coaches
I consider senioring/coaching to be an opportunity for people to
give. Coaching is a 3-month commitment to a leadership team. I
believe we get what we give in life. I have learned so much about
others, myself and life. My biggest lesson is that I can create peace
in the midst of what I perceive as chaos in the world, relationships
or in my own mind.
Judy Ordway, WorldLegacy Senior
I’ve just completed being a Senior coach for WorldLegacy NC120 in Morrisville NC.
My lessons are: Trusting in people has them rise up to be the leaders
they were born to be; communicate (several times if necessary) until
the person to whom you are communicating with gets it (and I AM
heard!); everyone is a leader; serving people is a blast; even in
dark moments there is light – always stand in the light;
possibilities are never ending. I’ve assisted in healing marriages,
ending marriages in win-win; brothers and sisters reuniting in loving
relationships; possibilities are endless; people are amazing. Such
love, such love.

#461 Thoughts on Giving
Joseph Long
WorldLegacy Leadership graduate
Everyone is Right!
My “WorldLegacy ExtremeGiver Story” is more about being given to and giving to.
Since my WorldLegacy Journey through the Journey and PhD(9) I have found that
everybody is on their own journey and even if we are walking down the
same path in the same direction at the same time, we each have a
different perspective. This is important because I have spent most of
my life trying to justify my opinions as being the ONE and then
pushing or selling them to others to further my RIGHTness. One of my
greatest transformations has been to see each person as being ‘right’
in their way, because it has been created by them through their own
journey.
So, my ExtremeGiver Story is the realization of my judgment of
myself AND others and being okay with that, choosing in each moment
to love and accept myself and others.
